Audit and Consulting Group (ACG) Sozidaniye i Razvitiye

The year of foundation – 2001.

At the time of its foundation a key activity of the Group was to provide legal and consulting services to Russian and foreign companies. Later our Company expanded the range of services: since 2003 we have been engaged in audit activities, since 2005 we have begun to actively develop outsourcing direction, and in 2008 we started to provide services in the field of IFRS and creation of holding entities.

According to leading Russian rating agencies, ACG Sozidaniye i Razvitiye is included into the list of the largest audit and consulting companies in Russia and occupies a stable position in the Russian market.

Today ACG Sozidanie i Razvitiye is a member of the Moscow Audit Chamber (link to the page with the licenses and certificates).
The Company also has a license for conducting work with the information classified as state secret. Responsibility of ACG Sozidaniye i Razvitiye is provided by the support of leading insurance companies allowing the Company to be financially responsible for performing the services.
Experts of ACG Sozidaniye i Razvitiye possess qualification certificates of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation for the right to carry out audit activities, certificates of professional accountants.
The Company’s employees are constantly improving their activity practicing in conformity with international standards. In order to ensure quality and efficiency of performing the tasks experts of the Company have developed and successfully applied a system of internal corporate standards and rules, which regulate our activity.
